Describe yourself using a fruit?
It would be a durian, because there are 2 different characters in me. On the outside, people say I'm not an approachable person due to my serious facial expression which I don't know how to improve on. Whereas on the inside, I'm a helpful person whom help others whenever they need it. I do approach people even though I'm a quiet guy.

What’s it like being a specialist in Jammerz Arena?
Being one actually helps me to be a stronger and a better person be it externally or internally as I am able to push myself beyond the boundaries to keep on tackling problems that we, Jammerz Arena face. But on the other hand, it's not an easy thing to go through due to some minor mistakes or other matters that I face. But at the end, when things start to flow smoothly after getting familiarize with things that I handle and whenever I see a good quality work that Jammerz Arena produce, it makes me happy.

I heard that Jammerz Arena has 5 core values?
In short form, it is called S.C.A.R.I. It is a core value that Jammerz Arena uphold ever since our revival where S stands for skills, C for Commitment, A for Attitude, R for Responsibility & I for Initiative. It is a culture for Jammerz Arena. Each and every member must know what Jammerz Arena's core value stand for and every member must also follow alongside with and not just know it. The core value has thought every member to be discipline as we are representing Jammerz Arena and it also act as a reminder to all members that we are not a rockstar. Jammerz Arena is a place where you work hard and play at the same time.

Were you a trained technical hand when you came in?
I was given a basic technical training at the start by my seniors in the production department when I joined Jammerz Arena. After months of hard work and labor, once our batch gained a standard set of skills and also having shown confidence and quality in the work we do during our probation period. We would than after pass out as Roadie Tech Hands. In fact, RP's problem based learning has helped us a long way as whenever we arrive with difficulties , we try to solve them with our teammates. That very much contributed to our overall learning process as the seniors structured problems in shows to facilitate our learning and development of our skills. When things get to complex, our seniors and advisors were always there supporting and guiding us along the way.

Tell us your deepest darkest secret?
This might be embarrassing for me but I'll just share it anyway, whenever I get home after any JA events or meet ups, I would straight away grab my electric guitar and pretend to be a rockstar and start strumming like a mad man because I didn't had enough time to touch them, so once in a while I would do that.
