"The Road To Glory Ain't Always A Smooth One"

All the talent in the world not managed properly could very well mean nothing. Constant training and re-look on our management system is done every year to ensure that the best of the family is looked out for. Once the goals and work plans are set, JA fires away at full blast!! Therefore, members we recruit into the family are placed through a 6 month initiation program that encompasses; Auditions, Initiation camp, Production Training and skills development phases. Only the toughest are kept to ensure that the best of the group is being looked after. Students whom makes it through auditions, need only to fulfill and display the 5 S.C.A.R.I core values to ensure a safe place in Jammerz Arena.

Many have tried, many have failed...but students whom didn't manage to pull through, have even feed-backed to us saying that their journey in JA though has ended, their still proud and honored to have experienced the whole process with us... Besides that, they even looked forward to re-auditioning with JA again. Though this process may seem tiresome and ridiculously long, such emplacement of such procedures is so as to ensure that we bring the best out of every individual that joins Jammerz Arena.

From the 3 rounds of audition to initiation and finally probation... Every new members are put to the test on their skills, commitment, attitude, responsibility levels and finally initiative to assist whenever possible. Nobody's a born rock star, values of hard work and effort are drilled into every performers and members minds. Ensuring that they do not take things for granted.

Once cleared of auditions/ interviews, members are thus deemed to posses our very first value "Skill". Successful applicants whom have passed the interview (for specialists) and auditions (for musicians/vocals) will than be offered a place in our JA 3D2N "Noob" Camp. During this period of time, new members are placed in positions, where the first part of becoming a family comes into tradition. With fn filled activities and challenge courses. New members are expected to develop both their skills, commitment, attitude, responsibility and initiative through the 3 days of stay with us. Of which, specialists and musicians will be expected to assist in producing a show, from set up to tear down. Musicians, are also expected to carry out their final audition show for their fellow JA mates during the camp.

Now that you've find out more about the life of a new member.. We hope that you are realize that Jammerz Arena takes every single one of their members seriously. Its a no joking matter, as we hope to develop every musicians and specialist to achieve their goals at the end of their study in RP. Not only do we wish for musicians to achieve musically, but also for them to achieve academically.
