Third year in the running, since it's revival in late 2009. Jammerz Arena has seen a huge change in both members, genre's and management styles. With the initial amount of just under 10 members, Jammerz Arena has since grown in size with a current strength of 30 musicians and specialists. JA hopes to recruit more talents & specialists for the year of 2011. With sign up rates in 2010 adding up to a total of 300 over potential candidates. We can clearly see that it takes more than just music or skills alone to make it in JA. Every student whom joins JA, are carefully considered by the management prior to securing a place. Mainly because students whom make it through are welcomed in as family members and Jammerz Arena intends to keep potential problems from happening in the family.

Every family member live by the core values of the family. They are none other than;

S - Skills (Posses Skills Of Recognizable Standard)

C - Commitment (Commitment shown in attendance for I.G events)

A - Attitude (The Right Attitude)

R - Responsibility (Practice Responsibility In All Their Doings)

I - Initiative (Display the value of initiative)

All Work But No Play - Is something which Jammerz Arena do not support at all. In fact, Jammerz Arena practices discipline and every members are taught to focus and be serious during show rehearsals or transition runs. But, when its all over... The tiger in all of them comes out to play... JA has its very own welfare department that plan events and get together sessions for members to come together and celebrate. Such outside interactions, brings members away from the disciplined performance setting to a much relaxing setting for them to foster closer bonds and relations among the various departments. Such activities are planned and carried out by our Welfare & Events Department and all activities are subsidized by our own treasure funds run'd by our Finance & Admin Department.
